- A district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) shall be established in the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon. (Section 1)
Operationalization and Funding
- The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall include the operationalization of the LTO district office in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, in the Department's program. (Section 2)
- The funding for the operationalization shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 3)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11738
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE LAND TRANSPORTATION OFFICE (LTO) DISTRICT OFFICE IN MANOLO FORTICH, BUKIDNON AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established a district office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to be located in the Municipality of Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Transportation shall immediately include in the Department's program the operationalization of an LTO district office in Manolo Fortich, Province of Bukidnon, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11738
