Establishment of a General Hospital
- A general hospital shall be established in the Municipality of Villanueva, Province of Misamis Oriental, to be known as the Northeastern Misamis General Hospital (NMGH). (Section 1)
- The NMGH shall be under the direct control and supervision of the Department of Health (DOH). (Section 1)
- Any future increase in bed capacity and upgrading of health care services and facilities shall be based on the hospital development plan prepared by the DOH. (Section 1)

Funding and Implementation
- The Secretary of Health shall immediately include the implementation of this Act in the Department's program, and the funding shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 2)
- The Secretary of Health shall prepare and issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act, consistent with the hospital development plan. (Section 3)

Separability Clause
- If any provision or part of this Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect. (Section 4)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 5)

Effectivity Clause
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 6)
