Establishment of Nuing Community Hospital
- A community hospital known as the Nuing Community Hospital shall be established in the Municipality of Jose Abad Santos, Province of Davao Occidental. (Section 1)
- The hospital shall be under the direct control and supervision of the Provincial Government of Davao Occidental. (Section 1)

Management and Development Plan
- The Provincial Government of Davao Occidental shall manage the Nuing Community Hospital. (Section 2)
- A hospital development plan aligned with the Philippine Health Facility Development Plan shall be prepared in consultation with the Department of Health (DOH). (Section 2)
- Any future increase in bed capacity, health care facilities, service capability, and human resource complement shall be based on the hospital development plan. (Section 2)

Funding and Support
- The Provincial Government of Davao Occidental shall provide the necessary funds for the establishment of the Nuing Community Hospital. (Section 3)
- The Secretary of the DOH shall include in the Department's subsidy program support for the capital outlay requirements of the Nuing Community Hospital. (Section 3)

Separability Clause
- If any provision or part of this Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect. (Section 4)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 5)

Effectivity Clause
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 6)
