- A third district engineering office shall be established in the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato, under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). (Section 1)
- This office shall be known as the Cotabato Third District Engineering Office. (Section 1)
Coverage Area
- The Cotabato Third District Engineering Office shall serve the following municipalities located in the Third Legislative District of Cotabato Province: (Section 2)
- Banisilan
- Carmen
- Kabacan
- Matalam
- M'lang
- Tulunan
Funding and Implementation
- The Secretary of the DPWH shall include the operationalization of the Third District Engineering Office in the Department's program. (Section 3)
- The funding for the office shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 3)
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 4)

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11490
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE THIRD DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M'LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), a third district engineering office in the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato to be known as the Cotabato Third District Engineering Office.
SECTION 2. The Cotabato Third District Engineering Office shall serve the municipalities of Banisilan, Carmen, Kabacan, Matalam, M'lang, and Tulunan, all located in the Third Legislative District of the Province of Cotabato.
SECTION 3. The Secretary of the DPWH shall include in the Department’s program the operationalization of the Third District Engineering Office in the Province of Cotabato, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
