Decree and Order
- Excludes a parcel of land within the Central Cordillera Forest Reserve from Proclamation No. 217 dated February 16, 1929.
- Awards the development, exploitation, and utilization of copper and other mineral deposits in the area to Boma Mining Exploration Company.
- Subject to existing rights, policies, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Provides a detailed technical description and boundary survey plan of the excluded area, covering 844.8608 hectares.
- If the mineral deposits are not developed and exploited, the area is declared a mineral reservation governed by Presidential Decree No. 463 and relevant rules and regulations.
