Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-eight of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby exclude from the operation of Executive Order Numbered Forty-six, series of nineteen hundred and eight, and declare open to disposition under the provisions of the said Act, a parcel of land situated in the municipality of Puerto Princesa, Province of Palawan, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Bsd-5745, to wit: Lot 166-A.—A parcel of land (lot 166-A of the subdivision plan Bsd-5745, being a portion of lot No. 166 of the cadastral survey of Puerto Princesa, G.
