EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 20, SERIES OF 1921, CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN ANDRESERVING THE SAME FOR RURAL RECONSTRUCTION PURPOSES SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABON, PROVINCE OF NUEVA ECIJA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by section 64 (c) of the Revised Administrative Code, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 20, series of 1921, and reserve for rural reconstruction purposes under the administration of the Social Welfare Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land embraced therein situated in the municipality of Bongabon, Province of Nueva Ecija, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
