EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 24, SERIES OF 1926, AND OPENING TO DISPOSITION A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE COMMONWEALTH GOVERNMENT OF THE PHILIPPINES SITUATED IN THE CITY OF MANILA.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, concurred in by the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation Numbered Twenty-four, series of nineteen hundred and twenty-six, and open to disposition in accordance with the provisions of Act Numbered Thirty hundred and thirty-eight, the following-described parcel of the private domain of the Commonwealth Government of the Philippines, situated in the City of Manila, Island of Luzon, and described in the attached Bureau of Public Works plan, to wit:

Opening of Land for Disposition

Description of the Parcel of Land
- The parcel of land is identified as Lot "A" and is described in detail with metes and bounds, including the coordinates of various points, bearings, and distances.
- The area of the parcel is 453.753 square meters.
- The parcel is bounded on the north by a proposed sidewalk, on the southeast by property of the Philippine Telephone and Telegraph Company vs. Insular Government of the Philippine Islands, on the south by the property division of the Bureau of Posts, and on the west and northwest by a proposed sidewalk.
Execution and Effectivity
- The Proclamation is signed by Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, and Elpidio Quirino, Secretary of the Interior.
- It is dated October 14, 1936, and is effective on the same date.
