- Contains an area of 132.5 square meters, more or less.
- Formerly a portion of Bonifacio Drive.
Lot No. 2 (Standard-Vacuum Oil Co.)
- A parcel of land (Lot No. 2 as shown on plan Swo-33311), situated in the District of Intramuros, City of Manila.
- Bounded on the NE by government property (Lot No. 4-portion, Block 8), on the SE by government property (proposed widening of Rotonda), on the SW by government property (proposed widening of Rotonda) and Lot No. 1 of plan Swo-33311 (Standard Vacuum Oil Co.), and on the NW by government property (Lot No. 4-portion, Block No. 8).
- Contains an area of 1,459.3 square meters, more or less.

Proclamation No. 389
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 288 DATED NOVEMBER 6, 1951 CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF MANILA AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me. by law, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 288, dated November 6, 1951 certain portions of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, situated in the City of Manila, containing an area of 1,591.8 square meters, more or less, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lot No. 1, Swo-33311 (Standard-Vacuum Oil Co.)
