Proclamation No. 248
EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 63, SERIES OF 1925, AND RESERVING FOR WEATHER BUREAU SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provision of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 63, series of 19.25, and reserve for Weather Bureau site purposes under the administration of the Weather Bureau, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in the City of Baguio and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Psu-123193, to wit:

- The reserved land is subject to private rights, if any.
- The reserved land is situated in the City of Baguio, Island of Luzon.
- The reserved land is particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Psu-123193, with the following details:
- Bounded on the NW., NE., SE., and SW., by the property of the Bureau of Public Works (Republic of the Philippines).
- Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, with specific coordinates and distance from Triangulation Station Happy, City of Baguio.
- Detailed metes and bounds description of the land, with bearings, distances, and points marked on the ground by P.L.S. cylindrical concrete monuments.
- Containing an area of 8,280 square meters, more or less.
- Bearings true; declination 0° 46' E.; date of survey, April 30, 1949.
- The proclamation is signed by President Elpidio Quirino on April 3, 1951, in the City of Manila.
