- Bounded on the N and NE by Lot 6049 (The Manila Railroad Company), on the SE by Lot 1672 (Legaspi Cad.), and on the S and SW by Lot 5 of plan Bsd-20022.
- Area: 105,201 square meters.
- Lot 5 (Lot 19171, Legaspi Cad. 56)
