EXTENDING THE PERIOD OF SPECIAL SESSION TO OCTOBER 30, 1936
Whereas, by Proclamation Numbered Ninety-five issued on October seventeenth, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, the National Assembly was called in special session for a period of six cays commencing on Monday, October nineteenth, for the purpose of considering and passing such measures as may be submitted to it by the President of the Philippines;
Whereas, by Proclamation Numbered Ninety-eight issued on October twenty-fourth, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, the said period of special session was extended to the twenty-eighth day of October, nineteen hundred and thirty-six; and
Whereas, in order to dispose of important and urgent legislation now pending consideration by the National Assembly, it is found to further extend the period of said special session;
Now, therefore, pursuant to the powers conferred upon me by the Constitution and by existing laws, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby extend the period of special session of the National Assembly, duly called in...

Extension of Special Session of the National Assembly
- The President of the Philippines, Manuel L. Quezon, issued Proclamation No. 102 on October 28, 1936.
- The proclamation extends the period of the special session of the National Assembly, which was originally called by Proclamation No. 95 on October 17, 1936, for a period of six days starting from October 19, 1936. (Section 1)
- The special session period was previously extended to October 28, 1936, by Proclamation No. 98 issued on October 24, 1936. (Section 2)
- In order to dispose of important and urgent legislation pending consideration by the National Assembly, the President found it necessary to further extend the period of the special session. (Section 3)
