Extension of the Presidential Commission on Reorganization
- The term of the Presidential Commission on Reorganization, created under Executive Order No. 281, is extended up to December 31, 1973. (Section 1)
- This extension is necessary to:
    - Ensure consistency of staffing patterns in the Budget for Fiscal Year 1973-1974 with the provisions of the Integrated Reorganization Plan, as amended. (Whereas Clause 1)
    - Provide technical assistance in revising the draft Revised Administrative Code to conform with the provisions of the Integrated Reorganization Plan, as amended. (Whereas Clause 2)

Staffing and Funding
- The Executive Secretary shall issue directives for the detail or extension of detail of technical personnel needed by the Commission, under the same conditions prescribed in Executive Order No. 281, as amended. (Section 2)
- The Commission is authorized to disburse and defray all expenses for its operation from July 1, 1973 to December 31, 1973, from funds available from the Office of the President. (Section 3)

Marcos, by virtue of the powers vested in him by the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081 dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1 dated September 22, 1972, as amended.
