EXTENDING THE TERM OF THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION ON REORGANIZATION CREATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 281, SERIES OF 1970
WHEREAS, it is desired that the Integrated Reorganization Plan approved by virtue of Presidential Decree No. 1, dated September 24, 1972, as amended, be fully implemented in all departments and agencies not later than June 30, 1973;
WHEREAS, to insure the completion of the reorganization work within the said period a technical group to assist the departments and agencies is deemed necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers in me vested by the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief of all the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081, dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1, dated September 22, 1972, as amended, do hereby extend the term of the Presidential Commission on Reorganization up to June 30, 1973.

Extension of the Presidential Commission on Reorganization
- The term of the Presidential Commission on Reorganization created under Executive Order No. 281 is extended up to June 30, 1973. (Section 1)
- This is to ensure the full implementation of the Integrated Reorganization Plan approved by Presidential Decree No. 1 in all departments and agencies by June 30, 1973. (Whereas clause)
- A technical group will assist the departments and agencies in completing the reorganization work within the said period. (Whereas clause)
Directives for Technical Personnel
- The Executive Secretary shall issue the necessary directives for the detail or extension of the detail of technical personnel needed by the Commission. (Section 2)
- The conditions for the detail of technical personnel shall be the same as prescribed in Executive Order No. 281, as amended. (Section 2)
Funding for Commission Operations
- The Commission is authorized to disburse and defray all expenses for its operation from April 1, 1973 to June 30, 1973. (Section 3)
- The funds for the Commission's operations shall be available from the Office of the President. (Section 3)
