MALACAÑANGM a n i l a PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 416 March 19, 1974 FURTHER AMENDING PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 333, DATED NOVEMBER 26, 1973, AS AMENDED BY PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NOS. 343 AND 368 As an emergency measure against the current international oil crisis, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines by virtue of the powers in me vested by the Constitution as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, and pursuant to Proclamation No. 1081 dated September 21, 1972, and General Order No. 1 dated September 22, 1972, as amended, do hereby order, decree and amend Presidential Decree No. 333, as amended by Presidential Decree No. 343 and Presidential Decree No. 368, as follows: Section 1. Section 1 is hereby amended as follows: "Sec. 1.
