Appropriation of Funds
- For the fiscal year ending December 31, 1976, P300,000 is appropriated from the National Treasury to carry out the provisions of this decree. (Section 2)
- Thereafter, the sum needed shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Act. (Section 2)

Superseding Clause
- All laws, rules, and regulations in contravention with this decree are hereby modified or superseded accordingly. (Section 3)

MALACAÑANGM a n i l a PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 915 March 29, 1976 GRANTING EMERGENCY INCENTIVE ALLOWANCES FOR PERSONNEL HOLDING VETERINARY POSITIONS IN THE BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY AND IN THE NATIONAL MEAT INSPECTION COMMISSION AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR WHEREAS, the Bureau of Animal Industry and the National Meat Inspection Commission are charged with the vital function of protecting the lives of economic animals and the health of the people in the country. WHEREAS, economic animals constitute an important part of the basic food industries of the Philippines and without proper protection such industry as a whole may suffer; WHEREAS, the health of the people should be protected at all times; WHEREAS, it has been observed that due to the shortage of veterinarians in the country, coupled with the low salary low salary level allocated to veterinary positions in the Bureau of Animal Industry and in the National Meat Inspection Commission, the veterinarians of the country have become too timid to accept positions in these agencies as a result of which agencies have been handicapped...
