Increasing Bed Capacity of Balindong District Hospital
- The authorized bed capacity of the Balindong District Hospital in Wato-Balindong, Lanao del Sur is increased from 10 to 50 beds. (Section 1)
- Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital development plan prepared by the Chief of Hospital and submitted to the BARMM-Ministry of Health. (Section 1)

Upgrading Facilities and Services
- The existing professional health care services and facilities shall be upgraded to conform with the increase in bed capacity. (Section 2)

Increasing Workforce
- The existing workforce, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, shall be increased correspondingly. (Section 3)

Funding and Appropriations
- The Bangsamoro Autonomous Government shall provide funds for maintenance, operating expenses, and additional human resources to support the increased bed capacity and upgraded facilities and services. (Section 4)
- The Department of Health shall include in its subsidy program support for the capital outlay requirements of the Balindong District Hospital. (Section 5)

Repealing Clause and Effectivity
- All laws, decrees, executive orders, rules, and regulations contrary to or inconsistent with this Act are repealed or amended accordingly. (Section 6)
- This Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 7)
