Increase in Bed Capacity of Gov. Faustino N. Dy, Sr. Memorial Hospital
- The authorized bed capacity of the Gov. Faustino N. Dy, Sr. Memorial Hospital in Ilagan City, Isabela is increased from 100 to 500 beds. (Section 1)
- Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital's development plan prepared by the Chief of Hospital and submitted to the Department of Health (DOH). (Section 1)

Upgrading of Services and Facilities
- The existing professional health care services and facilities shall be upgraded to conform with and be commensurate to the bed capacity increase. (Section 2)

Increase in Workforce
- The existing workforce, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, shall be increased correspondingly. (Section 3)

Funding and Appropriations
- The Provincial Government of Isabela shall provide funds for maintenance, operating expenses, and additional human resources to support the increase in bed capacity and upgrading of facilities and services. (Section 4)
- The DOH Secretary shall include in the Department's subsidy program its support for the capital outlay requirements of the hospital. (Section 5)

Separability Clause
- If any provision or part of the Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect. (Section 6)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 7)

Effectivity
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 8)
