Increasing Bed Capacity of Las Piñas General Hospital and Satellite Trauma Center
- The authorized bed capacity of the Las Piñas General Hospital and Satellite Trauma Center (LPGHSTC) in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila is increased from 200 to 500 beds. (Section 1)
- The existing professional health care services and facilities of the LPGHSTC are upgraded to conform with the increase in bed capacity. (Section 2)

Workforce Increase
- The existing workforce of the LPGHSTC, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, shall be increased correspondingly. (Section 3)
- The Secretary of the Department of Health (DOH), in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Commissioner of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), and after consultation with the Chief of the LPGHSTC, shall determine the additional new positions to be created and filled up. (Section 3)

Future Development
- Any future increase in bed capacity, service capability, and staffing requirements shall be consistent with the hospital development plan prepared and submitted by the Medical Center Chief of the LPGHSTC to the DOH. (Section 4)

Funding and Implementation
- The Secretary of Health shall immediately include the implementation of this Act in the program of the DOH, and the funding shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 5)
- The Secretary of Health, in coordination with the Secretary of the DBM and the Commissioner of the CSC, shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act within 90 days from its effectivity. (Section 6)

Separability Clause and Repealing Clause
- If any part or provision of this Act is declared unconstitutional or invalid, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect. (Section 7)
- All laws, decrees, issuances, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 8)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 9)
