Increase in Bed Capacity of Laurel Memorial District Hospital
- The bed capacity of the Laurel Memorial District Hospital (LMDH) in Tanauan City, Batangas is increased from 25 to 50 beds. (Section 1)
- Any future increase in bed capacity shall be based on the hospital development plan prepared by the LMDH Chief of Hospital. (Section 1)

Upgrading of Facilities and Services
- The existing professional health care services and facilities shall be upgraded to match the increased bed capacity. (Section 2)

Increase in Workforce
- The existing workforce of doctors, nurses, and support personnel shall be increased correspondingly. (Section 3)

Funding
- The Provincial Government of Batangas shall provide funds to support the increase in bed capacity, upgrading of facilities and services. (Section 4)
- The Department of Health (DOH) shall include its support for the capital outlay requirements of the hospital in its subsidy program. (Section 5)

Separability Clause
- If any provision is declared unconstitutional, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. (Section 6)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 7)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 8)
