Increase in Bed Capacity of Mangatarem District Hospital
- The bed capacity of the Mangatarem District Hospital in Mangatarem, Pangasinan is increased from twenty-five (25) to fifty (50) beds. (Section 1)
- Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital development plan prepared by the Chief of Hospital and submitted to the Department of Health (DOH). (Section 1)

Upgrading of Services and Facilities
- The existing professional health care services and facilities shall be upgraded to conform with and be commensurate to the increase in bed capacity. (Section 2)

Increase in Workforce
- The existing workforce, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, shall be increased correspondingly. (Section 3)

Funding and Maintenance
- The Provincial Government of Pangasinan shall provide funds to cover the maintenance and other operating expenses of the hospital. (Section 4)
- The Provincial Government of Pangasinan shall appropriate funds for the additional human resource complement to support the increase in bed capacity and the corresponding upgrading of service facilities and professional health care services. (Section 4)
- The Secretary of the DOH shall include in the Department's subsidy program, support for the capital outlay requirements of the hospital. (Section 5)

Separability Clause
- If any provision or part of this Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect. (Section 6)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 7)

Effectivity Clause
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 8)
