Increasing Bed Capacity of Ospital ng Palawan
- The authorized bed capacity of the Ospital ng Palawan in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, shall be increased from 100 to 400 beds. (Section 1)
- Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital development plan prepared by the Department of Health (DOH). (Section 1)

Upgrading Facilities and Services
- The existing professional health care services and facilities of the Ospital ng Palawan shall be upgraded to conform with and be commensurate to the increase in bed capacity. (Section 2)

Increasing Workforce
- The existing workforce of the Ospital ng Palawan, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, shall be increased correspondingly. (Section 3)

Staffing Pattern and Appointments
- The DOH shall determine the staffing pattern of the Ospital ng Palawan, subject to the evaluation and approval of the Department of Budget and Management. (Section 4)
- The DOH shall appoint the officials and employees of the Ospital ng Palawan in accordance with existing civil service laws, rules, and regulations. (Section 4)

Funding and Implementation
- The Secretary of the DOH shall immediately include the implementation of this Act in the Department's program. (Section 5)
- The funding for the implementation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. (Section 5)

Separability Clause
- If any provision or part of this Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect. (Section 6)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 7)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 8)
