Increase in Bed Capacity of Rosario District Hospital
- The authorized bed capacity of the Rosario District Hospital (RDH) in Rosario, La Union is increased from 25 to 50 beds. (Section 1)
- Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital development plan. (Section 1)

Upgrading of Facilities and Services
- The existing professional health care services and facilities are upgraded to conform with the increased bed capacity. (Section 2)

Increase in Workforce
- The existing workforce of the RDH, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, shall be increased correspondingly. (Section 3)

Funding
- The Provincial Government of La Union shall provide the necessary funds to support the increase in bed capacity, upgrading of facilities, and services. (Section 4)
- An amount of Two hundred million pesos (P200,000,000.00) is appropriated for the implementation of this Act, to be included and funded under the 2022 General Appropriations Act under the Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) of the Department of Health. (Section 5)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 6)
