Increase in Bed Capacity of Roxas District Hospital
- The bed capacity of the Roxas District Hospital (RDH) in Roxas, Oriental Mindoro is increased from 50 to 100 beds. (Section 1)
- Any future increase in bed capacity shall be based on a hospital development plan prepared by the Chief of Hospital of RDH and submitted to the Department of Health (DOH). (Section 1)

Upgrading of Services and Facilities
- The existing professional health care services and facilities of RDH shall be upgraded to conform with and be commensurate to the increase in bed capacity. (Section 2)

Increase in Workforce
- The existing workforce of RDH, including doctors, nurses, and support personnel, shall be increased correspondingly. (Section 3)

Funding and Maintenance
- The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro shall provide funds to cover the maintenance and other operating expenses of RDH. (Section 4)
- The Provincial Government shall appropriate funds for the additional human resource complement and the upgrading of service facilities and professional health care services. (Section 4)
- The Secretary of the DOH shall include in the Department's subsidy program, support for the capital outlay requirements of RDH. (Section 5)

Separability Clause
- If any provision or part of this Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect. (Section 6)

Repealing Clause
- All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules and regulations inconsistent with this Act are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 7)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 8)
