Increasing Bed Capacity of Sinait District Hospital
- The authorized bed capacity of the Sinait District Hospital in Sinait, Ilocos Sur is increased from twenty-five (25) to one hundred (100) beds. (Section 1)
- Any future increase in bed capacity shall be consistent with the hospital development plan. (Section 1)

Upgrading Hospital Services and Facilities
- The existing professional health care services and facilities of the Sinait District Hospital are upgraded to conform with and be commensurate to the increase in bed capacity. (Section 2)

Funding and Resource Allocation
- The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur shall provide funds for the maintenance and operating expenses of the Sinait District Hospital. (Section 3)
- The Provincial Government shall allocate funds for adjustments in human resource complement to support the increased bed capacity and upgraded facilities and services. (Section 3)
- Two hundred million pesos (P200,000,000.00) is appropriated for the implementation of this Act, to be funded under the 2022 General Appropriations Act under the Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP) of the Department of Health. (Section 3)

Amendment to Previous Law
- Republic Act No. 6302, entitled "An Act Establishing an Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Sinait, Province of Ilocos Sur, and Appropriating Funds Therefor" is amended accordingly. (Section 4)

Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. (Section 5)
