Summary of Executive Order No. 1050

Subject Matter: Increasing the quarters allowance of the uniformed members of the Integrated National Police.

- The quarters allowance of the uniformed members of the Integrated National Police is increased to the following amounts:
• For those with the rank of Police Officer I to Senior Police Officer IV, the quarters allowance is increased to P300.00 per month. (Section 1)
• For those with the rank of Inspector to Superintendent, the quarters allowance is increased to P500.00 per month. (Section 1)
• For those with the rank of Senior Superintendent and higher, the quarters allowance is increased to P700.00 per month. (Section 1)

- The increased quarters allowance shall be paid monthly together with the regular salaries of the uniformed members of the Integrated National Police. (Section 2)

- The increased quarters allowance shall take effect on August 8, 1985. (Section 3)

- The funds necessary to cover the increased quarters allowance shall be taken from the savings in the appropriations for the Integrated National Police under the current General Appropriations Act. (Section 4)
