Integration of Police, Fire Departments, and Jails
- Integrates city/municipal police, fire departments, and jails in 31 provinces into law enforcement units called Integrated Police Forces (Section 1)
- Heads of Integrated Police Forces designated by Chief of Constabulary (Section 2)
- Integrated Police Forces responsible for public safety, law enforcement, crime prevention, and investigation within their respective provinces (Section 3)
- Philippine Constabulary exercises operational control, direction, and supervision over Integrated Police Forces (Section 4)
- Operational control includes tactical movements, deployments, training, and other necessary powers (Section 5)
- Administrative control remains with existing offices/agencies for one to two years, subject to Constabulary's operational control (Section 6)
- After one to two years, administrative control transfers to Philippine Constabulary (Section 7)
- Cities/municipalities allocate at least 18% of annual gross income for maintenance of Integrated Police Forces (Section 8)
