- Logs, including poles: 5% additional duty
- Lumber: 2% additional duty
- Veneer, face and core: 2% additional duty
- Plywood: 2% additional duty
- Plant and Vegetable Products:
- Bananas: 2% additional duty
- Coconut:
- Copra: 3% additional duty
- Coconut Oil: 5% additional duty
- Copra meal/cake: 4% additional duty
- Desiccated coconut: 4% additional duty
- Pineapple:
- Pineapple sliced or crushed: 2% additional duty
- Pineapple juice or juice concentrate: 2% additional duty
- Animal Products:
- Shrimps and prawns: 2% additional duty
- Export duty levied on the following products (Sec. 2):
- Plant and Vegetable Products:
- Coffee: 2% export duty
- Animal Products:
- Tuna: 2% export duty
Revocation and Restoration of Previous Export Duties (Sec. 3)
- Executive Order No. 593 suspending export duty on copra, coconut oil, copra meal/cake and desiccated coconut is revoked.
- The export duty rates prescribed in Section 614 of Presidential Decree No. 1464 for these products are restored as the basic rate.
- Customs Tariff Circular No. 21-79 suspending export duty on shrimps and prawns is revoked.
- The export duty rate prescribed in Section 614 of Presidential Decree No. 1464 for shrimps and prawns is restored as the basic rate.
Inconsistent Laws Revoked or Modified (Sec. 4)
- All laws, Executive Orders, Customs Tariff Circulars inconsistent with this Executive Order are revoked or modified accordingly.
Effectivity (Sec. 5)
- This Executive Order takes effect immediately and continues in effect until December 31, 1984.

LEVYING AN EXPORT DUTY ON CERTAIN EXPORT PRODUCTS AND AN EXPORT DUTY IN ADDITION TO THE EXPORT
DUTIES PROVIDED FOR UNDER PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 1464, AS AMENDED, ON OTHER EXPORT PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, national economic interest calls for a stabilization strategy to redistribute gains in the export sector generated by the recent adjustments in the exchange rate of the peso;
WHEREAS, the stabilization strategy must take the form of a measure that would counteract inflationary pressures as a result of increased pesos earnings by the export sector;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, pursuant to the powers vested in me by the Constitution and the authority vested in me by Section 514 of Presidential Decree No. 1464, as amended, do hereby and order that:
