MAKING PUBLIC THE PROTOCOL RELATING TO AN AMENDMENT TO THE CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization convened at Montreal on May 6th, 1947, approved on the thirteenth day of May of the year one thousand nine hundred and forty-seven, in accordance with the provisions of Article 94 (a) of the Convention on International Civil Aviation signed at Chicago on December 7th 1944, an amendment to said Convention embodied in the present Protocol, which shall be numbered as "Article 93 bis" of the said Convention;
WHEREAS, the aforesaid Protocol, pursuant to the final clauses thereof, is subject to ratification by any State which has ratified or acceded to the said Convention;
WHEREAS, the Philippines is a member of the International Civil Aviation Organization and a signatory of the Convention on International Civil Aviation held at Chicago on December 7th, 1954;

Proclamation No. 110
