EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 382 November 28, 1989
PLACING THE VIDEOGRAM REGULATORY BOARD UNDER THE CONTROL AND SUPERVISION OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT
WHEREAS, to maintain continuity in its operations, it is necessary that the Videogram Regulatory Board be maintained as an independent agency under the control and supervision of the Office of the President;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law do hereby place the Videogram Regulatory Board under the control and supervision of the Office of the President.
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 28th day of November, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and eighty-nine.
