Summary of Executive Order No. 944Provision of an Additional Career-Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Agriculture
- There shall be an additional Career-Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Agriculture. (Section 1)
- The Career-Deputy Minister shall assist the Minister of Agriculture in the administration and supervision of the operations of the Ministry. (Section 2)
- The Career-Deputy Minister shall be appointed by the President and shall receive the salary and benefits attached to the position as may be determined by law. (Section 3)
- All laws, orders, issuances, rules and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with this Executive Order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly. (Section 4)
- This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. (Section 5)
