PROCLAMATION No. 1 BY THE GOVERNOR GENERAL OF THE PHILIPPINE ISLAND - A Pursuant to the provisions of Section Seventy-one of the Public Land Act, Numbered Nine hundred and twenty-six, I hereby designate for the use of the non-Christian tribes all of the public lands situated in the sitios of Gatbo, Paunlong, Ibago, and Maybanga, barrio of Mabatobato, Municipality of Pili, Province of Ambos Camarines, Island of Luzon, hereinafter described by metes and bounds, and declare such lands as non-alienable and withdraw all of said lands from settlement, entry, sale, or other disposition under the Public Land Laws of the Philippine Islands: Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan In-77, which plan is on file in the Bureau of Lands, said point 1 being N. 18° 00' E. 1122.54 m. from B.
