- The total savings of P741,720.05 from the appropriations for the following completed bridge projects are reappropriated: (Section 1)
• Lagangilang Bridge (Marcos Bridge), Abra - P211,886.10
• Lucban Bridge, Cagayan - P513,860.85
• Linamon Bridge, Lanao del Norte - P10,256.00
• Demonstration Bridge, Benguet - P5,717.10
- The reappropriated amount will augment the limited appropriation for the construction of the Cauplasan Bridge, Km. 505.53, along Ilocos Norte-Apayao Road, Dingras, Ilocos Norte. (Section 1)
- The Secretary of Public Highways is authorized to re-program and disburse the reappropriated amount for the construction of the Cauplasan Bridge project. (Section 2)
- The decree takes effect upon its approval. (Section 3)

PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 638 January 20, 1975
REAPPROPRIATING THE SAVINGS OR BALANCES OF THE APPROPRIATIONS FOR COMPLETED BRIDGE PROJECTS TO AUGMENT THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CAUPLASAN BRIDGE PROJECT
WHEREAS, there have been savings realized from the appropriations for the construction of the following completed bridge projects:
1. Lagangilang Bridge (Marcos Bridge) AbraP211,886.10
2. Lucban Bridge, Cagayan513,860.85
3. Linamon Bridge, Lanao del Norte10,256.00
4. Demonstration Bridge, Benguet5,717.10
TOTALP741,720.05
WHEREAS, the appropriation for the construction of the Cauplasan Bridge, Km. 505.53, along Ilocos Norte-Apayao Road, Dingras, Ilocos Norte, is not sufficient for the completion of said projects;
WHEREAS, reappropriating the savings realized from the above-mentioned projects would augment the limited appropriation for the Cauplasan project and thereby expedite its completion.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers in me vested by the Constitution, do hereby decree:
Section 1. The provisions of existing laws, rules and regulations to the contrary notwithstanding, the amount of P741,720.05, representing the total savings from the...
