- Reconstitutes the membership of the National Forestry Extension Advisory Board as follows:
• The Dean, UPLB College of Forestry as Ex-Officio Chairman.
• The Director, Bureau of Forest Development as Member.
• The Commissioner, Forest Products Research & Industries Development Commission as Member.
• The Director, Forest Research Institute as Member.
• The Director, Bureau of Lands as Member.
• The Director, National Food and Agriculture Council as Member.
• The General Manager, Central Luzon-Cagayan Valley Development Authority as Member.
• The Chief, Office for Civil Relations as Member.
• The Director, Bureau of Soils as Member.
• The Director, Bureau of Animal Industry as Member.
• The Director, Bureau of Plant Industry as Member.
• The Commissioner, National Air and Water Pollution Control Commission as Member.
• The Director, National Media Production Center as Member.
• The Director, Bureau of Broadcasts as Member.
• The Director, Bureau of Elementary Education as Member.
• The General Manager, National Power Corporation as Member.
• The Representative, Secretary of the Department of Public Highways as Member.
• The Representative, Secretary of the Department of Agriculture as Member.

EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 455 September 25, 1975
RECONSTITUTING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE NATIONAL FORESTRY EXTENSION ADVISORY BOARD CREATED UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 321 DATED MAY 31, 1971
WHEREAS, there is a need to expand the membership of the National Forestry Extension Advisory Board created under Executive Order No. 321 dated May 31, 1971 in view of the participation of more agencies in the Integrated Forest Conservation Information Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the law, do hereby reconstitute the membership in the National Forestry Extension Advisory Board as follows:
