- Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, the President reserves certain parcels of public domain in Malabon, Rizal for additional market site purposes under the administration of the Municipality of Malabon, subject to private rights.
- The parcels are described in detail in the Bureau of Lands plan Mr-1013-D, with the following specifications:
• Lot 1 (2,581 square meters): Bounded by F. Sevilla Boulevard, provincial road to Navotas, Lot 2, and property of the Municipal Government of Malabon. Bearings, points, and survey details are provided. (Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141)
• Lot 2 (3,625 square meters): Bounded by Lot 1, provincial road to Navotas, Malabon-Navotas river, and property of the Municipal Government of Malabon. Bearings, points, and survey details are provided. (Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141)

Proclamation No. 183
RESERVING FOR ADDITIONAL MARKET SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALABON, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for additional market site purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Malabon, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Malabon, Province of Rizal, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Mr-1013-D, to wit:
LOT 1. MR-1013-D
