Proclamation No. 123
RESERVING FOR AIRPLANE LANDING PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF MASBATE, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, ISLAND OF MASBATE.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for airplane landing purposes, under the administration of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Poblacion, municipality of Masbate, Province of Masbate, Island of Masbate, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pi-501, to wit:
Beginning at a point marked "1" on Bureau of Lands plan Pi-501, which is identical with B. L. L. M. No. 1, thence N. 44˚ 25 E., 85.02 m. to point 2; N. 47˚ 41 W., 56.57 m. to point 3; N. 40˚ 56 E., 24.95 m. to point 4; N....
