Proclamation No. 121
RESERVING FOR AIRPLANE LANDING PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN ROQUE, MUNICIPALITY OF TARLAC, PROVINCE OF TARLAC, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of sections seventy-six and eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for airplane landing purposes, under the administration of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain, situated in the barrio of San Roque, municipality of Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14620, to wit:
