Proclamation No. 328
RESERVING FOR AIRPLANE LANDING PURPOSES TWENTY-FIVE PARCELS OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINES SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN JOSE, MUNICIPALITY OF TACLOBAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, ISLAND OF LEYTE.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section sixty-four (paragraph E) of Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and eleven, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for airplane landing purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of Aeronautics, the following-described parcels of the private domain of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, situated in the barrio of San Jose, municipality of Tacloban, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15346, to wit:
Lot No. 1761.Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-15346, S. 14° 29′ W. 746.00 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 3, thence N. 23° 36′ W. 265.35 m. to point 2; N....
