Proclamation No. 426

RESERVING FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES THE REHABILITATION FINANCE CORPORATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN LEGASPI.

Upon the recommendation of the-Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for building site purposes of the Rehabilitation Finance Corporation, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain City and more particularly described inthe Bureau of Lands plan No. Swo-35009, to wit:

The Republic of the Philippines
(Rehabilitation Finance Corporation)

"A parcel of land (as shown on plan Swo-35009, G.L.R.O. Record No.), situated in the Port of Legaspi, City of Legaspi. Bounded on the NE., by public land; on the SE., by lot 1115, Legaspi cadastre; on the SW., by public land; and on the NW., by Quezon Avenue.
