RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF KALAMANSIG, MUNICIPALITY OF LEBAK, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred and forty-one, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Kalamansig, municipality of Lebak, Province of Cotabato, island of Mindanao, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-176, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-176 N. 69° 11′ E. 954. 25 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Kalamansig, municipality of Lebak, thence N. 9° 22′ E. 99.06 m. to point 2; S. 79° 53′...
