- Pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, the President reserves the following parcels of public land in Kidapawan, Cotabato for the stated public purposes under the administration of the Municipal Government of Kidapawan, except for the nursery site which is under the Bureau of Plant Industry:
• Lot 1 (31,166 sq.m.) - Market site (Section on "Lot 1, Psm-2009")
• Lot 2 (21,524 sq.m.) - Municipal plaza (Section on "Lot 2, Psm-2009")
• Lot 3 (13,192 sq.m.) - Cemetery site (Section on "Lot 3, Psm-2009")
• Lot 4 (21,607 sq.m.) - Municipal building site (Section on "Lot 4, Psm-2009")
• Lot 5 (21,538 sq.m.) - Hospital site (Section on "Lot 5, Psm-2009")
• Lot 6 (49,389 sq.m.) - Nursery site under the Bureau of Plant Industry (Section on "Lot 6, Psm-2009")
• Lot 7 (46,319 sq.m.) - Central school site (Section on "Lot 7, Psm-2009")

BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES
Proclamation No. 323
RESERVING FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KIDAPAWAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83, of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for certain public purposes as indicated hereunder, under the administration of the municipality of Kidapawan, except the land for nursery site purposes which is hereby placed under the administration of the Bureau of Plant Industry, subject to private right, if any there be, certain parcels of the public domain situated in the municipality of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows, to wit: ,
