Proclamation No. 299
RESERVING FOR FOREST STATION SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the provision of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for forest station site purposes under the administration of the Director of Forestry, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel of the public domain situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands Plan BSD-10397, to wit:
A pared of land (lot 75-A of the subdivision plan Bsd-10397, being a portion of lot 75 of Davao Town site, G.L.R.O. record unnumbered), situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao.
