RESERVING FOR FOREST STATION SITE TO BE KNOWN AS PORT LAMON FOREST STATION SITE, A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINATUAN, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce, and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I, Manuel L. Quezon, President of the Philippines, hereby reserve for forest station site purposes, under the administration of the Bureau of Forestry, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to any and all rights and privileges of exploration, occupation, purchase, or otherwise granted or reserve to citizens by provisions of the Act of Congress of July first, nineteen hundred and two, known as the Philippine Bill.
I, therefore, withdraw from sale, settlement, or other disposition, except as permitted or provided for in the aforesaid Act of Congress of July first, nineteen hundred and two, and hereby declare and proclaim to be the Port Lamon...
