Proclamation No. 310

RESERVING FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER PURPOSES FOUR PARCELS OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GLAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-three of Commonwealth Act Numbered one hundred forty-one, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for government center purposes, under the administration of the Commissioner for Mindanao and Sulu, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcels of the public domain, situated in the municipality of Glan, Province of Cotabato, Island of Mindanao, and particularly described in plan Pr-224, to wit:

Lot No. 1.Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Pr-224, N. 34° 47′ W. 115.69 m. more or less from B. L. B. M. No. 1, Glan Townsite, thence east 46.00 m. to point 2; south 20.00 m. to point 3; west 46.00 m. to point 4; north 20.00 m. to point 1,...

Survey and Approval
- The land parcels are described in Bureau of Lands plan Pr-224. (Section 1)
- The survey was conducted during 1914. (Section 1)
- The plan was approved on February 7, 1938. (Section 1)
