- Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-four, as amended, the President of the Philippines withdraws from sale or settlement and reserves for Government center site, under the administration of the provincial board of Mountain Province, a parcel of the public domain situated in the Municipal District of Banaue, Subprovince of Ifugao, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon.
- The parcel of land is subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey that may be made.
- The parcel of land is particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14298, with the following details:
    - Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14298, with specific coordinates and bearings provided.
    - Containing an approximate area of 192,150 square meters.
- The President of the Philippines, Manuel L. Quezon, has set his hand and caused the seal of the Commonwealth of the Philippines to be affixed on this Proclamation, done at the City of Manila, this fifth day of March, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty-six, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the first.
