- Bounded by Lot No. 87-A-1, Lot No. 175, and Lot No. 175.
- Area: 650 square meters.

Parcel 2: Lot No. 174
- Situated in Residence Section "A", Baguio Townsite.
- Bounded by Lot No. 175, Lot No. 84-B (Plan Bsd-1713), and Lot No. 84-B (Plan Bsd-1713).
- Area: 1,898 square meters.
- Note: A portion of the road is included in Lot No. 174.

Parcel 3: Lot No. 175
- Situated in Residence Section "A", Baguio Townsite.
- Bounded by Legarda Road, Lot No. 87-A-2, Benguet Road, Lot No. 84-B (Plan Bsd-1713), Lot No. 174, and Lot No. 84-B (Plan Bsd-1713).
- Area: 2,825 square meters.
- Note: A portion of the road is included in Lot No. 175.

The proclamation is signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on September 26, 1940, pursuant to Section 76 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended.
