RESERVING FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES, A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN LAMAO, MUNICIPALITY OF LIMAY, BATAAN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the power vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for industrial purposes, specifically for the Industrial Estate, subject to private rights, if any there be, under the administration of the National Power Corporation, the following parcel of the public domain, containing an area of approximately Four Hundred Eighteen (418) hectares more or less and hereby excluding from the operation of Executive Order No. 48, series of 1919, which reserved approximately six hundred twenty one (621) hectares for the Lamao Horticultural Experiment Station (L.H.E.S.) and declaring the same industrial reservation for purposes stated herein, situated in Limay, Bataan Peninsula, Island of Luzon, subject to future survey, to wit:
