Proclamation No. 78Reserving for Landing Purposes a Parcel of Land in Masantol, Pampanga
- Pursuant to Section 81 of Act No. 2874, as amended, the President withdraws from sale or settlement and reserves the following parcel of public domain for landing purposes under the administration of the municipal council of Masantol, Pampanga, subject to private rights, if any:
• Lot No. 2 (market site landing) with an area of 563 square meters, situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Masantol, Province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-366.
• The lot is bounded on the northeast by Lot No. 3, on the southeast by property of Pedro Quiambao, and on the south and west by Sapang Maragul.
• The specific metes and bounds of the lot are provided, with bearings, distances, and monument descriptions.
The Proclamation is signed by President Manuel L. Quezon on August 17, 1936, and countersigned by Secretary of the Interior Elpidio Quirino.

RESERVING FOR LANDING PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF MASANTOL, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for landing purposes, under the administration of the municipal council of Masantol, Pampanga, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Poblacion, Municipality of Masantol, Province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Mr-366, to with:
