    - Starting point marked "1" on the plan, located at S. 68° 35' W., 751.55 meters more or less from B.L.L.M. No. 40 of the cadastral survey of Manila.
    - Dimensions: N. 3° 50' W., 146.80 m. to point "2"; N. 86° 18' E., 167.34 m. to point "3"; S. 44° 59' W., 222.34 m. to the starting point.
    - Area: 12,282 square meters, more or less.
    - Survey points marked on the ground by No. 45 Steel Rail, 80 cm. long.
    - Bearings true; declination variable; date of survey, July 14-17, 1948.
- The reservation is made pursuant to Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
