Proclamation No. 140

RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARGOSATUBIG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Margosatubig, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Margosatubig, Province of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Mr-1005, to wit:

"A parcel of land (as shown on plan Mr-1005), situated in the poblacion, municipal district of Margosatubig, Province of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N. and NE. by sea; on the SE. by property of Francisco Paragas; on the SW. by municipal road 10.00 meters wide and Margos Creek 6.00...

Proclamation No. 140

Reservation of Public Land for Market Site Purposes
- A parcel of public land situated in the municipality of Margosatubig, Province of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, is withdrawn from sale or settlement and reserved for market site purposes. (Section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141)
- The parcel of land is described in detail, including its boundaries, area (4,248 square meters), and survey details.
- The reservation is subject to private rights, if any.
- The parcel of land will be under the administration of the municipality of Margosatubig.
