MALACAÑANGManila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 140 RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MARGOSATUBIG, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA, ISLAND OF MINDANAO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 88 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market site purposes, under the administration of the municipality of Margosatubig, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the public domain situated in the municipality of Margosatubig, Province of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Mr-1005, to wit: "A parcel of land (as shown on plan Mr-1005), situated in the poblacion, municipal district of Margosatubig, Province of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao.
